terms of service
designs/customs- my designs have a one week (7 day) cooldown! this means that once you buy one of my designs, they can not be sold or traded for one week!
- you are free to redesign any of my designs, but make sure you still credit me for the original! unless the design is no longer recognizable as my work.
- don’t resell my designs for more than you bought it for unless it has extra artwork!
- once you own one of my designs, you are free to use it however you like. I’m not going to police what you do with your characters! just make sure to show me if it’s something big, I love seeing what people do with my designs!
- always credit me for the design unless it’s redesigned to be unrecognizable as my work! you can credit my toyhouse or my twitter! both are linked!
- these rules all apply to both adoptables and customs!commissions- I have every right to refuse a commission for any reason. I do not need to share the reason with you, I am a real person and sometimes just am not in a position to take a certain commission or to work with certain people.
- I take payments through PayPal only, and they are done before I begin the work. WIPS will be sent throughout the entire process (sketch, lines, color), and you will be updated frequently.
- I do not accept rush fees, and I do not do deadlines. I am a full time college student with a job and my schedule is inconsistent. deadlines will only stress me out. I work on pieces in random order most of the time, so rush fees will only get you sloppy, rushed art.
- if for whatever reason I cancel a commission, you will receive a full refund.
- if you cancel, you will receive a partial refund based on how much of the piece I’d gotten done (usually ~50%, unless I was very close to finished).
- you’re free to use the art you commission as a profile pic or anything like that, but please always credit me!art
- do not EVER use my personal art or art done for someone else as your profile pic or claim it as your own!
- do not trace, steal, or heavily reference my art! especially commissions!
- if the art belongs to you (you commissioned it, I gifted it to you, or it was a trade) you are free to use it as you wish with credit!

I post daily on twitter and that’s where you’ll find comm openings, updates, and other important info!all of my characters are published on toyhouse! I don’t post art there, but if you’re interested in any of my characters that’s where you’ll find them!
